How to use it, step by step
On by default.
- ADCode will not restart itself and will not interrupt you to ask - you close the editor when you are ready, and the new version is what opens next time.
- Turn this off to update by hand instead.
Why this beats the usual way
Updates download in the background and apply when you reopen - never mid-thought, never a modal demanding a restart. Release notes reach you at most once per version, only when worth reading, and security fixes are the sole exception allowed to hurry.
